Robert Bellick

Robert Bellick is a Partner at Wolverine Trading, a prominent proprietary trading firm based in Chicago, Illinois. In his current role, Bellick is responsible for overseeing trading strategies and risk management across Wolverine’s diversified platform, and he maintains a significant leadership position that includes direct control over the firm’s trading operations. His focus is principally on liquid listed derivatives—including equity options, index options, futures, ETFs, and various market-making activities—areas where Wolverine Trading has established itself as an industry leader.

Bellick’s career spans over three decades of experience in quantitative trading and the listed derivatives markets. Before joining Wolverine in 1994, he served as a Market-Maker independently and was previously the New York Index Manager at O’Connor & Associates, where he managed complex index option exposures and played a vital role in pioneering risk management techniques for index derivatives.

He holds a degree from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, which equipped him with a foundation in analytical finance and management.
