Elsy Collins is Senior Vice President of Data Management at Aristotle Capital, based in Los Angeles. In this role, she leads data governance, strategy, and system enhancements aimed at optimizing the firm’s data-driven investment operations. Her responsibilities include implementing high-profile data projects and developing teams to support scalable, efficient asset management platforms, serving critical decision-making across various investment functions.

Collins possesses more than 20 years of experience in the asset management industry. Prior to joining Aristotle, she held multiple senior data governance and analytics positions at Nuveen, a TIAA company, where she was instrumental in process improvements, client reporting, and operational analytics. Her expertise is particularly focused on data management for multi-asset class investment platforms, supporting both equity and fixed income strategies within institutional asset management.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from California State University-Northridge. Collins is recognized for leveraging technology to drive operational excellence and has a track record of advancing data integrity and analytics frameworks at leading investment organizations. Her contributions have resulted in enhanced efficiencies and an elevated data management profile within the investment sector.
