John Brueggemann

John Brueggemann serves as Portfolio Manager at Aristotle Pacific Capital (affiliated with Aristotle Capital Boston, LLC) and is jointly responsible for managing the firm’s High-Yield Strategy, where he also functions as a Senior Research Analyst. He is focused primarily on high-yield bonds and leveraged loans within the U.S. fixed income markets, helping oversee investment strategies for the Aristotle High Yield Bond Fund and contributing research and analytical insight to the team.

Before joining Aristotle Pacific Capital, John was a junior investment analyst with the Alternative Investment Management Group, a division of Principal Investments at Wells Fargo Securities, where he helped manage portfolios invested in leveraged loans and high-yield bonds. He brings over 12 years of investment experience, demonstrating a continuous focus on sub-investment grade credit markets throughout his career.

John earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Arizona. His expertise centers around U.S. high-yield credit, and he is recognized for his role in sustaining and developing sector-specific research and portfolio management initiatives within fixed income asset classes at Aristotle Pacific Capital.
