Ryan Palazzetti

Ryan Palazzetti is Vice President of Business Development at Callodine Capital Management, LP, based in Boston, Massachusetts. In his current role, he is responsible for capital raising, investor relations, and driving corporate development initiatives for the firm. Callodine specializes in yield-focused strategies across public equities and private credit, positioning Ryan at the center of outreach to institutional clients interested in these asset classes.

Before joining Callodine in 2022, Ryan worked in Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management division, where he supported financial advisors and portfolio managers with the marketing and distribution of alternative investments and actively managed equity strategies. His experience also includes collaborating with alternative asset management partners to evaluate private investment offerings and fostering client relationships in high-net-worth segments.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics from St. Lawrence University. His expertise spans capital formation, client engagement, and the distribution of yield-oriented investment products in sectors such as public equities and private credit, supporting Callodine’s mission to deliver high-cash-yield solutions for institutional investors.
