Jeanne Goedecke

Jeanne C. Goedecke, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager at Carderock Capital Management, Inc. based in Chevy Chase Village, MD, where she joined in September 2024. In this role, she oversees investment strategies focused on quality growth equities, fixed income securities—especially across varying maturities—and portfolio construction aimed at long-term capital appreciation with disciplined risk management.

Her investment approach centers on high-quality U.S. equities, with close attention to sectors such as industrials, infrastructure, housing, and interest-rate sensitive industries, while deliberately steering clear of profitless energy and speculative renewables. Jeanne brings over 13 years of experience in corporate banking and capital markets, notably serving at Hancock Whitney as Vice President and Associate in Loan Syndications, where she managed complex loan syndications and cultivated institutional relationships.

Jeanne holds a BSM in Finance from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business and is a CFA charterholder. Her educational background also includes studies in French Language and Literature at Collège International de Cannes, and recognition as an AP and Honors student at Mount Carmel Academy. Her broad expertise in both the banking and investment sectors enables her to contribute unique capital markets insights and credit analysis skills to Carderock’s investment process.
