Matthew Lamberti

Matthew Lamberti is Portfolio Manager of the Cadence Hill Opportunity Fund, LP at FourWorld Capital Management, based in Greenwich, CT. In this capacity, he oversees investment strategy and portfolio management with a focus on event-driven opportunities, leveraging FourWorld's expertise in complex and dynamic market environments. His responsibilities include identifying and executing trades across public markets, managing risk, and researching special situations and event-driven investments, often within equity and credit markets.

Lamberti has a robust background in alternative investments and hedge fund management. Prior to joining FourWorld Capital Management in 2023, he was Director of Alternative Investments at a prominent family office from 2015 to 2024, and served as Managing Partner at Cadence Hill Capital Management, LLC (2017-2023). His direct experience spans hedge funds, multi-asset investing, and alternative asset classes, with sector focus that has included equities, credit, and event-driven special situations.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oral Roberts University, and brings over two decades of buy-side experience to his role. Recognized for his insights in portfolio construction and risk management, Lamberti's extensive background in alternative strategies and special situations has contributed to successful investment outcomes across multiple market cycles.
