Manon Salomez is an Impact and ESG Specialist at Mirova, based in Boston, specializing in sustainability-driven investment analysis and responsible investment strategies. Her key focus is supporting the Mirova Global Sustainable Equity Strategy, where she conducts in-depth ESG and impact assessment across listed equities, ensuring companies align with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals and feature robust strategies around climate, biodiversity, and social concerns. She has notably contributed expertise in sectors such as health, technology, energy transition, and climate stability, evaluating both environmental risks and opportunities for value creation.

Prior to her current role, Manon held analyst positions at Mirova and served as an Equity Research SRI Analyst at Exane, broadening her experience in sustainable and socially responsible investment research.
