Steven Cowley

Steven Cowley is the Chief Investment Officer at One Capital Management, LLC, based in Westlake Village, California, a position he has held since 2004. In this role, he oversees the firm’s investment platform, providing strategic direction for portfolio construction and asset allocation across a diverse range of client accounts.

Cowley specializes in overseeing investments across multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments, with a focus on delivering targeted solutions for high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
