Gary Wagner

Gary Wagner is Managing Principal at Private Capital Management, LLC in Denver, Colorado, where he oversees client relationships, portfolio management, and serves as a member of the firm’s investment committee. Prior to joining Private Capital Management, Gary served as CEO and co-founder of Wagner Wealth Management, growing its assets under management from $30 million to over $500 million, and previously held legal leadership roles as Associate General Counsel at Qwest Communications and as a partner at a major Denver law firm. He is highly experienced in wealth management, investment strategy, legal and corporate risk, and fiduciary duties, with a focus on comprehensive, client-centric advisory services for high-net-worth and institutional clients.

Gary holds a B.S. in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law.
