Megan Winge

Megan Winge is a Senior Associate at NCP, Inc., an investment banking firm based in Des Moines, Iowa. In her role, she supports the firm’s Corporate Finance and Investment Banking / Mergers & Acquisitions divisions, providing expertise in executing M&A transactions, capital advisory engagements, and financial analysis for clients across a range of industries.

She began her career as a commercial real estate credit analyst at a regional commercial bank before joining NCP in January 2019. At NCP, Megan has developed a strong focus on the middle market, delivering valuation, diligence, and presentation support for engagements that span both sell-side and buy-side M&A, with an emphasis on sectors prevalent in the Midwest such as manufacturing, distribution, and business services.

Megan holds a Finance degree from Drake University and is currently an MBA candidate at the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. She is actively involved in professional networks, holding leadership positions with organizations like the Greater Des Moines Young Professionals Connection and the Global Shapers Community, and is a member of the Accounting and Financial Women’s Alliance.
