Ryan Goetzinger

Ryan Goetzinger is Vice President at NCP, Inc., an investment banking and corporate finance advisory firm based in Des Moines, Iowa. Since joining the company as an analyst in 2015, he has risen through its ranks, currently assisting the Corporate Finance and Investment Banking/Mergers & Acquisitions divisions with a focus on both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. Goetzinger’s responsibilities include evaluating deal structures, managing client relationships, and providing strategic advisory services to middle-market businesses pursuing capital solutions.

Prior to NCP, Goetzinger served as a Commercial Credit Analyst II at Community State Bank, where he developed expertise in credit risk analysis and underwriting for diverse commercial lending portfolios. This background gives him valuable insight into financial due diligence and risk assessments integral to M&A and capital markets transactions across sectors such as financial services, insurance, and regional businesses.

Goetzinger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Accounting from Central College, graduating cum laude, and is a CFA charterholder. He is active in the investment community as a board member for Junior Achievement of Central Iowa and Community Youth Concepts, reflecting his commitment to youth financial education and professional development.
