Aimee Jordan

Aimee Jordan is a Senior Analyst at Northcape Capital Pty Ltd, based in Sydney, NSW, where she focuses on the firm’s Emerging Markets equity strategy. She joined Northcape in 2023 and is responsible for equity research, company analysis, and portfolio management support within emerging markets equities.

Before joining Northcape, Aimee was an Investment and ESG Analyst at Spheria Asset Management, where she covered global small cap companies and led ESG integration across both Australian and global portfolios. Her sector expertise includes consumer, industrials, and mining, and she served as lead analyst on 14 portfolio stocks at the time of her departure from Spheria.

Aimee began her career as an analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, covering ASX50 corporate clients, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with majors in Finance and International Business from the University of Sydney. She has more than seven years of investment experience, particularly in equity research and ESG analysis, with a strong track record in portfolio stock analysis and responsible investment integration.
