Fleur Wright

Fleur Wright is a Portfolio Manager and Analyst at Northcape Capital Pty Ltd, based in Sydney, with over 25 years of investment experience. At Northcape, she manages the Global Equity strategy, focusing on a concentrated, high-conviction portfolio of international equities, and works alongside a team that emphasizes in-depth fundamental research and a long-term investment approach.

Her investment expertise spans major global sectors, with particular attention to technology (notably semiconductors and artificial intelligence), healthcare, and mid-cap opportunities, as illustrated by her analysis and significant positions in companies such as Nvidia and Novo Nordisk. Fleur joined Northcape in 2018 after a distinguished career at UBS, where she was Managing Director and Head of International Equities Sales for APAC, and previously managed Pan European Equities Sales.
