Jake Cabala

Jake Cabala is a Partner at Patient Square Capital in San Francisco, serving as the Head of Fund Partnerships. In this capacity, he is responsible for the firm’s capital formation, co-investment syndication, and investor relations, playing a central role in the development and management of strategic investor relationships for a health care-focused private equity platform.

Cabala specializes in the healthcare sector, with Patient Square Capital dedicated exclusively to investments that improve patient health outcomes through partnerships with management teams in healthcare services, products, and technology. His investment career also includes substantial expertise in the financial services vertical and emerging consumer brands, reflecting a broad understanding of institutional asset management across diverse sectors.

Before joining Patient Square Capital in 2021, Cabala held senior leadership positions, including Head of Capital Formation at Golden Gate Capital—where he developed asset management platforms—and Managing Director roles at CircleUp and Blackstone’s Park Hill Group, focusing on private equity fund distribution.
