Patrick Martin

Patrick Martin is a Principal at Patient Square Capital, where he serves as a deal professional focused on sourcing, executing, and managing investments across the healthcare and business services sectors. In his current role, he is responsible for leading transaction diligence, supporting portfolio company growth, and leveraging sector expertise to advance Patient Square's strategic objectives.

Prior to joining Patient Square Capital in 2025, Mr. Martin was a Director at GTCR LLC, concentrating on investments in the healthcare and business services industries, and previously served as a Vice President at GTCR where he gained extensive experience in middle-market private equity. His earlier career includes roles as an Associate at Berkshire Partners and Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, providing him with a strong analytical and operational foundation. He has also held board or observer positions at companies such as Klick Health, PPC Flexible Packaging, AssuredPartners, Vivid Seats, and Fairway Outdoor.

Mr. Martin holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and graduated as class salutatorian from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in mathematics, and minors in physics and linguistics.
