CEO C.C. Wei agreed that using TSMC's leading-edge wafers saves customers money, especially on power. He explained that while a 20% chip-level power saving from SPR doesn't translate directly to a 20% system-level saving, it is a significant reduction, driving aggressive customer adoption of N2. For A16 capacity expansion, Wei cited the usual key requirements: land, electricity, and talented people.
