Tom Cicotello

Tom Cicotello is Executive Vice President – Portfolio Management and Head of the Washington, DC office at Boyd Watterson Asset Management. In this role, he leads strategic portfolio management for the real estate division, oversees key acquisition pipelines, and maintains critical relationships with real estate owners, developers, brokers, and government entities. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and closing large-scale real estate investments, particularly in the federal-leased sector, and is instrumental in developing investment strategies for Boyd Watterson’s real estate programs.

Cicotello's expertise centers on government-leased office properties and specialized federal asset classes, with deep experience across urban markets including Washington, DC, Southwest, and NoMa. He is also actively engaged in market analysis and strategy development for tenant migration trends in key metropolitan markets, including sectors such as office, hospitality, life sciences, and mixed-use real estate. His focus extends to enhancing asset and portfolio performance while fostering partnerships with both public and private stakeholders.

Before joining Boyd Watterson in 2018, Cicotello held senior asset management and commercial leasing roles at Clark Enterprises, Inc., where he managed a diverse portfolio of commercial and hospitality properties. He serves on the boards of both the Southwest Business Improvement District (SWBID) and the NoMa Business Improvement District, contributing his industry insight to urban development and civic improvement initiatives.
