Susan Liu is currently a Research Analyst at Brandes Investment Partners, based in New York, NY. In this capacity, she is responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis and contributing to investment recommendations, supporting the firm’s value-oriented strategies. Her focus includes extensive sector and company research, portfolio monitoring, and supporting portfolio managers with actionable insights.

Prior to joining Brandes full-time, Susan was an MBA Summer Intern at the firm and previously held internships at Advance and UBS, demonstrating her breadth of experience across investment management and financial services. Her expertise spans fundamental analysis and quantitative modeling, complemented by a strong command of financial data and valuation techniques.

Susan holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, where she specialized in the renowned Value Investing Program, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Statistics, with minors in Computer Science and Mathematics from NYU Stern.
