Hannah Soar

Hannah Soar is an Investment Analyst at Makena Capital Management, LLC, based in Killington, VT. She works on the Real Assets team, where she is responsible for the due diligence process for both new and existing investment managers, with a focus on real assets sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources.

Before joining Makena Capital, Hannah served as an Athlete Representative on the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Career and Education Task Force and competed as a professional athlete with the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team, including representing Team USA in the 2022 Beijing Olympics. Her leadership in athlete advocacy and elite sports brings a unique perspective and strong analytical skills to her investment work.

Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Utah. Her academic training, combined with a demonstrated track record of discipline and performance from her athletic career, positions her as an emerging specialist in real assets investing and investment manager due diligence.
