Craig Nedbalski is the Senior Portfolio Manager, Micro Cap Equities at CS McKee, where he oversees the firm's micro-cap value strategies. Based in Cleveland, OH, Craig brings decades of specialized experience in identifying undervalued opportunities in micro-cap and small-cap equities, leveraging both disciplined fundamental research and behavioral finance insights to drive alpha for institutional clients.

Prior to joining CS McKee in 2025 through the merger with Foundry Partners, he was a Partner and Portfolio Manager for Micro Cap Value Strategies at Foundry Partners, LLC from 2013 to 2025, and served as a Portfolio Manager for Small Cap and Micro Cap Value Strategies at Fifth Third Asset Management from 2010 to 2012. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for delivering consistent performance in U.S. micro-cap and small-cap equity markets, managing both segregated institutional portfolios and mutual fund mandates, including sub-advisory relationships for North Square Investments.

Craig holds a Master of Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Cleveland State University. He is recognized for deep expertise in value investing, advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis, and contributing to the integration and leadership of equity investment teams focused on the micro-cap and small-cap space.
