Shawna Aufman

Shawna M. Aufman serves as Senior Equity Portfolio Manager at CSM Advisors, LLC (dba CS McKee) in Pittsburgh, PA. In her current role, she leads the management of large-cap equity portfolios, focusing on delivering tailored investment solutions for institutional clients such as public pension funds, corporate reserves, endowments, foundations, and other distinct entities. She is responsible for portfolio construction, security selection, and ongoing performance monitoring in the large-cap equity space.

Her expertise is concentrated in U.S. large-cap equities, where she oversees strategies designed to maximize long-term growth and manage risk within diversified client portfolios. Shawna began her investment career at CS McKee in 2003, progressing through analyst and accounting roles before moving into portfolio management and being named Co-Director of Equity in 2023. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder since 2009, holds an MBA and a B.S. in Business Administration (Finance and Investment Management), both from Duquesne University.
