Gifford Combs

Gifford Combs is the Founding Partner, Managing Director, and Portfolio Manager at Dalton Investments, LLC, based in Los Angeles. Since founding Dalton in 1999, he has overseen the firm's investment strategies and key client portfolios, leveraging over 30 years of experience in global equity markets. His responsibilities include directing research efforts and portfolio construction, as well as engaging with management teams to unlock value in mispriced or under-researched companies, particularly across Asia.
