Owens Huang

Owens Huang is a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Dalton Investments, where he leads the management of the Dalton Pacific Rim Fund and the Dalton Asia Pacific Series B Fund, overseeing global and Asia Pacific equity portfolios with a total size ranging from $200 million to $300 million. Prior to joining Dalton Investments in 2015, Huang was a research specialist and later Investment Commissioner at the Taiwan Insurance Guaranty Fund, where he co-managed an $8 billion portfolio focused on recovering value from distressed insurance companies.
