Randy Renfrow

Randy Renfrow, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager and Partner at DePrince, Race & Zollo, Inc. in Winter Park, Florida, where he leads management and investment strategy for the firm’s Small-Cap Value, Micro-Cap, and SMID Cap Value equity strategies. His responsibilities encompass portfolio oversight, securities selection, and participation in the firm’s management committee, supported by an experienced team of analysts.

Renfrow’s primary investment focus is on U.S. small- and mid-cap value equities, with an emphasis on bottom-up stock selection driven by above-average dividend yield, low relative valuation, and identifiable catalysts for fundamental improvement. He manages portfolios for institutional clients including pensions, endowments, and public funds, delivering value-oriented equity solutions tailored to client objectives.

Before joining DePrince, Race & Zollo in 2008, Renfrow was an equity analyst at Veredus Asset Management and INVESCO. He holds a Master of Science in Financial Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Murray State University; he also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
