Puneet Mansharamani

Puneet Mansharamani, CFA, is a Partner and Portfolio Manager at LSV Asset Management in Chicago, IL. Since 2006, he has overseen portfolio management and quantitative strategy for the firm, focusing on implementing and enhancing proprietary quantitative models that drive active equity management for institutional clients. His responsibilities include day-to-day data management, portfolio implementation, and ongoing refinement of the firm's investment systems.

Mr. Mansharamani specializes in managing large and mid-cap U.S. equities, primarily within value strategies targeting stocks that are undervalued or out-of-favor in the market. His investment approach is grounded in systematic, data-driven analysis designed to identify securities with strong appreciation potential based on quantitative metrics. He began his investment career as an Analyst at National City Bank, later joining LSV Asset Management as a Quantitative Analyst where he developed and implemented advanced portfolio models. Mr. Mansharamani holds a B.S. in Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, bringing quantitative rigor and engineering expertise to his investment decision-making. He is a CFA Charterholder, recognized for his contributions to quantitative equity investing and his leadership within the firm.
