Sahil Bhatia

Sahil Bhatia is Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Equity Investments at Manning & Napier, where he leads analysis and investment strategies focused on the healthcare sector, including life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs). His responsibilities include evaluating public healthcare companies, managing sector-specific portfolios, and identifying opportunities across the pharmaceutical value chain and life science tools industry.

He has been with Manning & Napier since 2012, previously serving as Senior Equity Research Associate, Investment Analyst – Healthcare, and Co-Portfolio Manager for the firm’s Focused Opportunities strategy. Bhatia’s investment coverage is highly specialized in healthcare and life sciences, but he also contributes to sector insights across capital goods and related industries.

Sahil holds an MBA from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois. He is a CFA charterholder and recognized for his expertise in healthcare equity investments, frequently participating as an investment advisor for Cornell’s Cayuga Fund and contributing thought leadership on investment opportunities related to healthcare and life sciences.
