Yinan Zhao

Yinan Zhao is Principal and Senior Research Analyst at Pzena Investment Management in New York, where he has served since 2016. In this role, he conducts deep value equity research, focusing on identifying undervalued businesses and performing rigorous financial and risk analysis to inform investment decisions for concentrated equity portfolios.

His investment research encompasses a range of global equity markets, with specialization in evaluating companies through a value investing lens developed in Pzena’s intensive, systematic process. Zhao is involved in fundamental research and portfolio construction, contributing to the firm’s approach of long-term investing in industries across various sectors, including technology, industrials, and other capital-intensive sectors.

Prior to joining Pzena, Zhao was a Research Analyst at Elm Ridge Capital Management and Susquehanna International Group.
