Samantha Rusler

Samantha Rusler, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager at Red Cedar Investment Management, LLC in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is responsible for managing investment portfolios and contributes research and strategy to Red Cedar's Fixed Income strategies, notably the Core Plus Fixed Income product. Her primary investment focus centers on fixed income securities, including core plus, core, short-term bonds, and specialty income strategies, serving a diverse client base such as insurance companies, ERISA plans, corporations, and foundations.

Since joining Red Cedar in 2019, Rusler progressed from Investment Analyst to Portfolio Manager, demonstrating expertise underpinned by fundamental research and a rigorous, client-centric investment process. She previously held an internship at Anthem, Inc., further building a foundation in financial analysis and investment management.

Rusler graduated with a degree in Finance from Xavier University and also studied Spanish at Universidad de Granada.
