Roger Chang

Roger Chang is the Partner and Head Trader at Systematic Financial Management LP, based in Fort Lee, NJ, where he oversees the trading desk and manages the firm's trading operations. He is responsible for directing buy and sell orders from portfolio managers, ensuring efficient trade execution, and chairs the firm's Commission Review Committee. Since joining Systematic in 1996 as a trading assistant, Roger has accumulated over 28 years of industry experience in equity trading and operational leadership at the firm.

Roger Chang focuses on trading U.S. equities across market capitalizations, supporting investment strategies that typically cover small cap and small-to-mid cap growth and value sectors. He plays a central role in translating portfolio managers' investment ideas into executed trades, leveraging expertise in trade allocation and brokerage selection to enhance portfolio performance.
