At Taylor Frigon Capital Management, she is involved in investment strategies covering growth equities, income strategies, venture capital, and concentrated mandates with specialties including emerging companies and innovation, particularly within the firm's Core Growth, Income, Aspire, and Israeli Innovation strategies.

Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from the University of California at Santa Barbara, focusing on economics and political science. Her expertise combines operational excellence with a technology background, supporting the firm’s research-driven approach to investing in exceptional companies through multiple market cycles. She is also active in nonprofit leadership and advocacy, serving as Chair of the Board for Floriani and as a board member with Students for Life of America.
