Matthew Sepulveda

Matthew Sepulveda is the Director of Research and Economist at Taylor Frigon Capital Management LLC, where he leads the firm’s investment research efforts and economic analysis. He joined Taylor Frigon in 2018 and has steadily advanced through roles as Research Analyst and Senior Research Analyst before assuming his current leadership position. In his current capacity, he focuses on identifying exceptional growth companies and analyzing global macroeconomic trends to support the firm's theme-based investment strategies.

Sepulveda's work spans a range of asset classes with a concentration on U.S. and global equities, particularly within the firm’s Core Growth, Income, Aspire, and Israeli Innovation Strategies. His research centers on companies driving or benefiting from paradigm shifts across industries, including technology, healthcare, and consumer sectors. He also plays a key role in supporting the firm's proprietary, active investment process and customized portfolio construction for institutional and high-net-worth clients.

Matthew holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Boston University, as well as dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Government from California State University-Sacramento. He became a CFA charterholder in 2022 and is a licensed Investment Adviser Representative (Series 65), bringing analytical rigor and expertise in macroeconomic and sector-specific research to Taylor Frigon’s investment team.
