Sada Geuss

Sada Geuss serves as an Investment Manager and Managing Director in the Private Client group at Trillium Asset Management's Boston office. She is responsible for guiding individuals, family offices, and institutional clients in constructing investment programs that align financial goals with environmental and social impact objectives. Her expertise includes developing portfolios with a focus on sustainable and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) investing, reflecting Trillium’s commitment to impactful, values-driven asset management.

Geuss primarily covers equity investments, including US and international equities, and is a recognized leader in integrating impact strategies that span across sustainable food systems, rural economic development, and shareholder advocacy. She has played a pivotal role in Trillium’s efforts to advance responsible investment practices by supporting proposals and initiatives that influence companies’ ESG policies and performance.

Before joining Trillium in 2015, Sada Geuss spent over a decade as an investment analyst at Deutsche Bank, advising a wide range of private and institutional clients. She holds an MBA from Babson College and a BS in Management and Environmental Studies from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. Sada has also earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation and previously served on the board of the Thirty Percent Coalition, advocating for board diversity and gender equity in corporate governance.
