Stephanie Pascual is a Portfolio Analyst at Trillium Asset Management based in Boston, Massachusetts, where she supports the portfolio management team in analyzing and constructing diversified ESG-driven equity and fixed income portfolios. Her responsibilities center on detailed financial and sustainability research, portfolio risk assessment, and contributing to bottom-up security selection aligned with Trillium’s integrated ESG investment approach.

At Trillium, Stephanie primarily covers large-cap equities across multiple economic sectors that meet rigorous environmental, social, and governance criteria, as well as investment-grade fixed income issuers with leading ESG characteristics. She actively contributes to both the domestic and international strategies, focusing on companies that are strategic leaders in sustainability and exhibit strong financial fundamentals.

Stephanie joined Trillium in 2018 as a Portfolio Associate and was promoted to Portfolio Analyst in 2024, following her prior experience as Executive Coordinator at the Shared Value Initiative. She holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Mount Holyoke College, and her multidisciplinary expertise supports her contributions to Trillium’s leadership in sustainable and responsible investing.
