Rob Flores

Rob Flores is Managing Partner and Director of Disruptive Technology Research at Westfield Capital Management Co LP in Boston, MA, overseeing the firm's investment efforts within the Software and Internet sectors. As a member of the Investment Committee, he leads research and strategy for Information Technology-related growth investments and contributes his expertise in evaluating disruptive technologies and high-growth companies.

Flores brings over 32 years of investment experience, with more than 18 years at Westfield. Prior to joining Westfield in 2007, he held positions at Magnetar Capital, SAC Capital Advisors, and Citadel Investment Group, focusing on Software and Internet equities. His earlier roles include strategic planning at Epiphany Software, beginning his research career at Hambrecht & Quist, and serving as an analyst at Fidelity Investments.

He holds an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.A. from Trinity College. Over his career, Flores has been recognized for his deep sector knowledge and leadership in disruptive technology investment, contributing to Westfield's sustained success in U.S. growth equity and information technology strategies.
