Bob Haber

Bob Haber is the Founder, Partner, and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at Proficio Capital Partners, LLC, based in Brookline, MA. In this leadership role, he heads Proficio’s Investment Committee, oversees both public and private investment solutions, and manages the firm's research team. His responsibilities span across building multi-asset portfolios and guiding strategic asset allocation for high-net-worth clients and family offices.

Bob has deep expertise in a range of asset classes, focusing predominantly on equities, fixed income, alternative investments, and private markets. Notably, he applies a balanced investing approach and conducts in-depth analysis on emerging sectors such as blockchain and decentralized finance. His leadership is informed by prior high-profile roles, including serving as Chief Investment Officer for Fidelity Investments Canada and as Head of Equities for Pyramis Global Advisors, as well as CEO of Haber Trilix Advisors.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and both Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University; he is also a CFA Charterholder. During his tenure at Fidelity, he launched and managed award-winning funds such as the Fidelity Canadian Disciplined Equity and Canadian Balanced funds, each earning Lipper Fund Awards for top decade performance in their categories. Bob also serves on advisory boards for the Mass Clean Energy Center and Tufts University, reflecting his ongoing contributions to investment innovation and the broader community.
