Caroline Roszkowski

Caroline Roszkowski is the Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations & Marketing at Electron Capital Partners, LLC, based in New York, NY. In this role, she oversees the firm’s investor relations strategy and marketing operations, facilitating engagement with institutional investors and supporting capital raising activities for Electron’s specialized investment vehicles. Electron Capital Partners is a long/short equity manager focused on the global energy transition, particularly investments in clean energy, infrastructure, and utility sectors, providing Caroline with deep exposure to these asset classes.

Previously, Caroline served as Head of Investor Relations and Business Development at Hunt Lane Capital, and was Director of Investor Relations at Ionic Capital Management LLC for over a decade. Across these roles, she gained extensive experience in alternative asset management, marketing, and institutional fundraising within the hedge fund industry, consistently focusing on energy, infrastructure, and related sectors.

Caroline holds a BS in Finance from Fairfield University and is an alumna of The Ursuline School. Her career demonstrates a strong track record in strategic capital raising and investor communication, helping firms attract and retain leading institutional investors and supporting sector-focused investment platforms that address the transition to lower carbon economies.
