Harpreet Rai

Harpreet Singh Rai is an investment professional based in New York, currently serving as an analyst and former portfolio manager at Eminence Capital, LP. At Eminence Capital, he was responsible for leading investments in the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sectors, tracking public equities and identifying opportunities across these industries. His expertise is focused on growth-oriented companies within TMT, leveraging deep sector knowledge to drive portfolio performance.

Prior to his role at Eminence Capital, Harpreet began his career as an equity analyst in the mergers and acquisitions group at Morgan Stanley, offering him a strong foundation in financial analysis and deal structuring. He subsequently advanced at Eminence Capital, managing the TMT portfolio for approximately nine years, before going on to serve as CEO of Oura Health Oy, a leading health technology company.

Harpreet holds an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan, where he graduated in 2007. In addition to his investment acumen, he is recognized for significant contributions to both the finance and health technology sectors, including successful leadership of Oura through major product launches and company growth.
