Jason Lustig

Jason Lustig is a Partner and Portfolio Manager at J. Goldman & Co., L.P., based in Miami, FL. In his current role, he is responsible for identifying, managing, and deploying capital into value and opportunistic situations, overseeing multi-sector long/short equity investments with a focus on risk-adjusted returns.

Lustig specializes in value-driven and opportunistic equity strategies, with experience in capital structure arbitrage and special situations. Having joined J. Goldman & Co. in 2012 as a Research Analyst, Lustig advanced to Portfolio Manager in 2017 and was named Partner in 2021. He holds a BS in Operations Research and Information Engineering from Cornell University, providing him with a robust analytical and quantitative foundation for his investment work.
