William Bianco

William Bianco is a Managing Director at Sandler Capital Management in New York, NY, where he has led the structuring and negotiation of private equity investments since joining the firm in 2000. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing both entry and exit strategies for portfolio holdings, negotiating material acquisitions, divestitures, financings, and advising on regulatory and legal matters for Sandler’s private equity arm. He also serves on the boards of portfolio companies including Modulant Solutions and Wizmo.

Bianco’s investment focus centers on private equity with involvement in technology, media, and communications sectors, leveraging Sandler Capital Management's expertise that spans hedge funds and direct investments in high-growth companies.
