Jerome Lande

Jerome Lande is a partner at Scopia Capital Management LP in New York, serving as Head of Special Situations. In this capacity, he oversees investments primarily in the healthcare sector—particularly medical device, pharmaceutical, and healthcare services companies—and is responsible for complex, value-driven opportunities. He is also known for leading activist investment strategies and corporate governance initiatives in his portfolio companies.

Lande brings over 20 years of investing experience, having co-founded Coppersmith Capital Management before its merger into Scopia in 2016. Earlier, he was a partner at MCM Capital Management, managing MMI Investments, LP, a small-cap fund, where he focused on applying private equity techniques to public equity investments.
