Arjun Taneja

Arjun Taneja is a Quantitative Researcher at THE TUDOR GROUP, based in New York, NY, where he applies advanced mathematical and computational models to develop and enhance systematic investment strategies. In this role, he focuses on leveraging statistical techniques and algorithmic methods to analyze global macroeconomic data and financial markets, supporting the firm’s trading desks and risk management processes. His primary asset class coverage includes global equities, rates, and foreign exchange within the macro and quantitative investing domain.

Prior to joining THE TUDOR GROUP, Arjun contributed to research innovation at the AMISTAD Lab, where he developed data-driven solutions and computational tools for complex predictive analytics applications. He also gained industry experience as a Software Engineer Intern with the Chamberlain Group, further sharpening his proficiency in large-scale software engineering and data infrastructure projects.

Arjun holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Harvey Mudd College and is an alumnus of UWC South East Asia. He is recognized for blending deep quantitative expertise with practical experience in computational finance, and has contributed to research and software development that support systematic and macro investment strategies in institutional asset management settings.
