Will England

Will England is the Managing Partner, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Investment Officer at Walleye Capital, a multi-strategy hedge fund based in Saint Paul, MN. He leads all strategic investment initiatives, including setting firmwide investment direction and overseeing risk management, talent allocation, and the deployment of advanced AI technologies across the organization. In his role, Will manages internal and external investment strategies and is responsible for positioning Walleye against leading competitors in the institutional asset management space.

Will specializes in quantitative finance, financial modeling, and strategies spanning equities, derivatives, and multi-asset portfolios. Under his leadership, Walleye has become an industry leader in adopting artificial intelligence for investment research, process automation, and organizational productivity, emphasizing the integration of AI into every aspect of asset management and portfolio construction.

Before joining Walleye Capital in 2013, Will was the founder and CEO of Drive Power, focusing on innovation in the motor vehicle sector, and held associate and quantitative research roles at Valor Equity Partners and Man Group’s AHL division. He holds a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University and a Master’s in Mathematical and Computational Finance from Oxford University, and is recognized for his notable achievements, including international rowing for the U.S. National Team and championing the Oxford-Cambridge Boat Race.
