Carson Fullard

Carson Fullard is Managing Director and Head of Private Investments at Alta Park Capital, LP, based in New York. In this capacity, he leads the firm’s private investment strategy, overseeing deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management, and financial structuring with a focus on growth-oriented and technology-driven private market opportunities.

Prior to joining Alta Park Capital in early 2021, Fullard played key investment roles at top-tier private equity and growth investing firms, including Vice President at Warburg Pincus LLC and Investor at Silver Lake. Across these positions, he has built extensive expertise in private equity, growth equity, and technology-enabled sectors, leading or supporting transactions in enterprise technology, software, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure.

Fullard holds a degree from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario, providing a strong foundation in business and finance. He is recognized for his ability to identify and scale high-growth businesses in private markets and for his partnership approach to supporting founders and management teams in technology and related industries.
