Kelvin Li

Kelvin Li is an Associate Portfolio Manager at Anson Funds, based in Toronto, Ontario, where he plays a key role in the management of the Arch Anson Tactical Real Estate Fund. His responsibilities are centered on developing and executing REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) investment strategies, with a particular focus on public real estate securities and tactical equity opportunities within the North American and select global markets.

Prior to joining Anson Funds in 2019, Kelvin gained valuable experience in real estate private equity at Sandpiper Group, where he worked primarily on public REIT activism. This background provided him with a strong foundation in both capital markets and active engagement strategies within the public real estate sector.

Kelvin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. He has also completed the Canadian Securities Course, underscoring his deep expertise in real estate investment and public equity markets, particularly focusing on the REIT sector.
