Victor Hawley

Victor Hawley is a Principal and Director of Research at Aristotle Capital Management, Boston affiliate, where he leads global equity research activities. Based in Los Angeles, he specializes in equity portfolio management for institutional and individual clients, focusing on global and international equities—particularly companies with market capitalizations above $2 billion across developed and emerging markets. His investment philosophy emphasizes value-driven strategies and fundamental research for long-term capital appreciation.

Victor brings more than 25 years of investment experience at Aristotle and its predecessor firm, Reed Conner & Birdwell, after starting his finance career at The Boston Company and working in marketing at IBM.
