Ted Muller

Ted Muller is a founder and former Principal of Chatham Capital Group, Inc. in Savannah, GA, where he continues to serve as a consultant to the firm. In this capacity, he has focused on developing long-term investment strategies and advising clients on complex portfolio construction, specifically emphasizing high-net-worth individuals, families, and charitable entities. His expertise spans equities, fixed income, and asset allocation, drawing on decades of hands-on portfolio management experience.

Before establishing Chatham Capital in 1996, Ted was President, CEO, and major shareholder of Atlanta Capital Management Company, where he led the firm through a successful sale and served on the board of its acquirer. At both Atlanta Capital and Chatham Capital, he played a pivotal role in institutional investment management, guiding large portfolios and setting firm-wide strategy.

Ted holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from George Washington University, completed while serving as a U.S. Naval officer. He is a past Chairman of the CFA Institute and has received four of its highest professional honors, reflecting his significant contributions to the investment profession and ongoing leadership in industry standards and ethics.
