Jaisal Khatiwala

Jaisal Khatiwala is a Junior Research Analyst at Conestoga Capital Advisors, LLC in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He joined the firm in July 2024 after earning his B.S. in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and Economics from Drexel University. In his current role, Jaisal supports Conestoga’s research analysts by performing due diligence and in-depth research on both existing portfolio companies and new investment ideas across the firm’s equity portfolios.

Jaisal’s experience includes a six-month Fundamental Equity Analyst co-op at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on equity research, supplemented by internships in financial accounting and operations at Radian Group and Exelon Corporation. During his undergraduate studies, he contributed as an equity analyst for the Drexel Endowment’s Dragon Fund, conducting bottom-up research and analysis on public equities, further refining his analytical skills in public equity investing.

He is a Level II CFA candidate as of 2024, demonstrating commitment to deepening his expertise in fundamental investment research and equity analysis. Jaisal's primary focus at Conestoga is on publicly traded equities, especially within the small- and mid-cap space, leveraging his strong academic background and hands-on investment experience with a particular emphasis on supporting the firm’s sector research capabilities.
