Mark Clewett

Mark Clewett is President and Managing Partner at Conestoga Capital Advisors, LLC, based in Wayne, PA. In this capacity, he leads client communications and servicing efforts, oversees the firm's finances, and plays a central role on the Board of Managers, guiding firm strategy and management. He joined Conestoga in 2006 as Director of Institutional Sales and Client Service, becoming a Managing Partner in 2007.

Clewett is recognized for his expertise in small- and mid-cap growth equity strategies, with a specific investment focus on identifying companies with sustainable competitive advantages. Under his leadership, Conestoga has grown from a boutique firm managing $200 million to overseeing assets exceeding $8 billion, with a distinct reputation for high-quality client service and institutional relationships.

Before joining Conestoga, Clewett served as Senior Vice President of Consultant Relations at Delaware Investments (now Macquarie), where he managed institutional consultant relationships and contributed to new business development from 1997 to 2005. He began his career as an Investment Analyst at SEI Investments, focusing on selecting and overseeing sub-advisory managers for institutional mutual funds. Clewett holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University, is a CFA charterholder since 1997, and maintains Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
