Keith Henderson

Keith Henderson serves as Portfolio Manager at Cultivar Capital, Inc., an SEC-registered asset management firm based in Denton, Texas. In this role, he leads portfolio management and is responsible for financial modeling, analysis, and shaping the firm’s asset allocation and individual investment decisions. Henderson's work is rooted in a disciplined, research-driven approach to investment selection, supporting client portfolios across equities and broader asset allocation strategies.

Keith began his career as an analyst and previously worked at a local bank, gaining valuable experience into financial systems before joining Cultivar Capital as an intern during graduate school. Over the years, he has specialized in financial modeling and equity research, ultimately rising to Portfolio Manager. His investment expertise encompasses individual equities and asset allocation, with a consistent focus on rigorous fundamental analysis.

Henderson holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (2008) and a Master’s in Economics (2015), both from the University of North Texas, and passed the CFA Level I exam in 2017. He has also demonstrated leadership in student investment organizations and active community engagement, serving on various nonprofit boards and committees in the Denton area.
