Anthony Cavlov

Anthony J. Cavlov is a founding partner and portfolio manager at Delta Capital Management LLC, a registered investment advisor headquartered in Red Bank, New Jersey. Based in Waldwick, NJ, he is responsible for managing equity and fixed-income portfolios, catering to individual clients, high-net-worth individuals, institutions, and nonprofit organizations. As a portfolio manager, his primary focus is on equity and fixed-income asset classes, applying a disciplined value-oriented investment philosophy. He also oversees equity research, screening, modeling, and manages separate accounts and wrapped fee client portfolios.

Cavlov brings over three decades of experience in the investment industry, having previously served as a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at ING (now Voya Investment Management) and as Portfolio Manager at Scudder Kemper Investments. His career includes in-depth experience in portfolio construction, risk management, and client advisory services, with a consistent emphasis on value investing strategies across market cycles.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Finance from Thomas Edison State College.
